”Cassie went into a vets in Chichester with her puppies and they checked her chip and they phoned us so we got on to the police and they made a raid and returned her to us.
She is well but has been used to breed.”
Update from DogLost:
4th January 2022
We’ve been campaigning since 2006 asking the veterinary profession to scan and check microchip registration at pets first treatment. Our 2020 #FernsLaw petition which triggered a debate in Parliament last year, is now being assessed by the Government’s department Defra. We will forward Cassie’s story to them.
WELL DONE to the Vet that scanned this beautiful girl when taken for a visit, this is why we need #FernsLaw #MakeChipsCount #ScanMe #VetsGetScanning #PetTheftReform
