Spot is a Female Border Collie Tri Colour (Age: Young Adult)

Missing from Gwynfe llangadog , SA19 area, Wales on Wednesday, 5th December 2018

Spot was 15 months old when she disappeared from training kennels. She is very nervous and timid female. She had on a black collar at the time and she is Micro chipped ..possibly seen around Lliest pony yard the same day. If found it must be reported to the Warden as required by Law

The Welsh Government spokesperson said: “We want all animals to have a good quality life. We are delivering this through our programme of ambitious reforms set out in our Animal Welfare Plan. Our focus is on areas which will bring greatest benefit to animal welfare across Wales, including our current consultation on Licensing Animal Welfare Establishments, Exhibits and Activities. To ensure our resources have the maximum impact on animal welfare, Wales won’t be included in the scope of the Pet Abductions Bill”.
